Cancellation Policy

Essentials Beauty & Skincare Clinic understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled on your next appointment.

Deposits & Payments

Our online booking system requires a small deposit when booking online, this deposit amount depends on which service you are booking. This deposit is refundable once you have cancelled before 24 hour of your appointment.

We require a 50% deposit for a group booking of 3 or more people at Essentials Beauty & Skincare Clinic. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 48 hours for your appointment. 

All deposits will be used as part payment towards your final bill total. 

We accept cash payments, all card transactions & Essentials Beauty & Skincare Clinic vouchers that are purchased in salon or via our online shop.

Covid-19 Policy

Essentials Beauty & Skincare clinic requires all clients to wear a face mask to ensure the health, safety & wellbeing of our staff & this will be mandatory for the full duration of your appointment. You can bring your own or we can provide one at an additional cost. We also ask you please use hand sanitizers provided.
